El Barco Mexican Restaurant offers fantastic Mexican food in Rushford with a friendly, cozy small-town atmosphere. The staff are nice, and the decor adds to the welcoming vibe. The menu includes dishes like seafood enchiladas and tacos, and the refried beans are especially well seasoned. Customers enjoy the authenticity of the food and the classic Mexican flavors, though there is some inconsistency in dish preparation. The restaurant provides options for takeout and pickup. Specials such as "4 tacos for $10" and margarita BOGO on Tuesdays add to the appeal. Overall, it’s a nice place worth visiting for good food and a relaxed setting.
