Thursday night karaoke with Boss Dj is a blast we had so much fun!!! The servers especially Ayla are the best and take good care of their customers!!! If you haven’t been I highly recommend you go it’s an absolute blast!

First & foremost, we LOVE Damsite. Stopping here for convenience the first time when I had a phone call to make on our drive up to our lake home in Walker, we loved the atmosphere, wonderful employees (shout out to Ellie & Aylah), exceptional service and great food so much, we have become regulars at Damsite since our first time stopping.
The last time we were there was was on January 17th, and the menu had changed. Although interesting, many of our favorites (they see me and always knew I would order the steak alfredo) and my husband Dave loved the ribs, smashburger, and French dip. The menu now has limited options, so that was a disappointment, but at least we got to hug both Ellie & Aylah ❤️ Maybe add some steak options to the menu again? Ordered the walleye entree. The smallest overcooked walleye fillet I’ve ever seen. Baby red potatoes were not baby reds. Didn’t get my salad until after the entree. Onion burger was served with some kind of gravy/soup for dipping…. Wasn’t good. Very few fries served with the burger. Tap beer was flat.

This place is amazing. The staff is super fun and friendly. The food was dynomite. Have not had this kind of experience in a long time for the surrounding area. Anthony the cook and Ayla our server/bartender gave the atmosphere its thrilling feel. Keep it up. Support this crew. They also had a great one man band playing that Friday night 2 weeks. We will be back often.

The reason I go to this place is because of the Wall of Honor and everything they do for veterans. (And the great food) I have heard that the new owner is going to remove a portion of this Wall of Honor to open up the waitress station. This makes me extremely sad that those signatures on that wall are not important enough to her. I will not go to this place again if that wall is touched. The veterans that signed that wall deserve that respect!!!
UPDATE: The owner states the wall isn't going to be touched anytime soon. I appreciate that and it should never be touched.
We went there for my birthday last week and had the most AMAZING server and I had the Reuben. SO GOOD. The pickle fries were small and crumbles, could have been better, but still good.
