Stopped in to watch the Rose Bowl. Ordered the Pick 6 deal. The deal is 2 entrees, 2 sides and 2 drinks for $20 (incredible deal). According to our waitress you can’t get Mac n cheese as a side. I say cool I’ll get some curds. Find out later it’s $3 extra which was never mentioned (I’m annoyed). Worst part was after she dropped off our checks, this lady legit disappeared for 15 minutes. Had to get the host to go find her. Lowkey lightweight ridiculous. Food was good tho
It’s great chain of bww, this only stand apart from the others , difference is in the timings and serving speed , wonderful people and so respectful

Host was super shy. I wonder if it was her first day. She asked if we wanted a kids menu and I said yes. She forgot it, no big deal tho. She also didn't offer a high chair and walked away a little too quickly to ask for one.
Our server was training a new employee which they did fantastic! But there was a couple times our server stopped by our table and ended up looking around for her...
