Never had an issue with delivery to my apartment. The driver called and was being rude when I told him I have 2 kids that I wasn’t bring down and carrying all the food up. The store manager then said “they give the drivers the option”, I order from here a couple times a week and NEVER had them say this or been given a hard time.

Ordered a pepperoni cheese bread and literally had one pepperoni on it! Ordered garlic Parmesan wings and the Tasted under cooked had to air fry them ! Asks for parmesan cheese at the check out and they said they had none. Very dissatisfied!! Very upset by

When I went there they wouldn't take my order at the counter. Told me it was "online only". They didn't appear overly busy and I was going to wait for it...had to leave with no food. 12/21/23 1 pm.
Called to ask a simple question and the guy just hung up the phone on me not good. However you know how they act like another customer will call so who cares

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I ordered 2 orders for different addresses for my crews for lunch. One of the orders never showed up. I called to figure out what happened and was put on hold multiple times and hung up on. I finally spoke with a manager that was yelling at me. I just wanted to get my crew their food but was argued with multiple times. It turned into me just saying you know what? You can keep the money. I would never treat my customers like this. Never been treated so poorly over a few pizzas.

Great pizza and service received from this location today. Love the Parm Bites, they were my favorite. We ordered pickup and the order was ready as promised. Will definitely be back!

Order was made very quickly. The ingredients were so fresh, the jalapeños were very crunchy! Friendly staff. Will be going here more often
