Called to order food for delivery guy who answers says hello, not his name or where I was calling. Thought I dialed the wrong number. Asked him if he delivered to where I was, And he says yep but you should order online. I go to order online and it's not set up on their store so he pretty much lost out on my order and the driver lost out on a $10 tip cuz that's the way I tip and I was just going to order a medium pizza. Pretty unfortunate the way people are nowadays...
We usually order from this location. The order is always done fast. Today 1 of the pizzas was not made correctly. I put the feedback in the app, and they called me within minutes to apologize and make it right. We always order via the app.That’s customer service!
