This is the first time I've ever been to a Firehouse Subs, the employees were patient and courteous and help me through my ordering, I got two small Subs to try it out the hook and ladder which was excellent!! And the brisket barbecue sandwich I think it was called was also wonderful.I will be returning.
Worse and worse everytime we come. Little to no chips, pop machine little selection, pop cooler was empty. No brownies, no pickles. Better off going to subway. 2 guys working were nice.

Can you update your hours or something please? Closed every day I’ve stopped by, no update to hours online or anything. I get maybe there aren’t enough staff members that’s fine, just please update if youre closed!
