I really like the subs Firehouse makes. That said, this specific location is closed unexpectedly so often. 3 out of the last 4 times I've tried going they've been closed with just a makeshift sign on the door. When I do get to actually get food here, it tastes fine but the chip, soda, and treat options are usually understocked or not available at all. It's a bummer, I WANT to be a customer here, but they make it hard.

Also noticed it has been going down hill for awhile. Very slow service. Employees ignore you. Pop machine out of almost everything. Still gave them another chance and ordered online for pickup thinking if I gave them 30 min, they would have my sandwich done. Showed up and the restaurant was closed. No one answers the phone. Contacted cooperate and apparently they are closed for good even though it said online they were open and were accepting orders (and taking my money!)

STORE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I placed an online pick up order last week, and went to pick it up, and they had a “Closed Today” sign on their door. I submitted a feedback form to request a refund since I didn’t receive my order. It has now been a week, I’ve submitted 3 feedback forms, called the store everyday, and have been unable to get ahold of someone. I’ve also called their customer service hotline twice, and finally the second time I called they let me know that the Plymouth location has closed permanently and they are unable to refund my account from their end and to file a dispute with my credit card company. So, essentially, this location is keeping their online orders open and STEALING MONEY from would be customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

This is the first time I've ever been to a Firehouse Subs, the employees were patient and courteous and help me through my ordering, I got two small Subs to try it out the hook and ladder which was excellent!! And the brisket barbecue sandwich I think it was called was also wonderful.I will be returning.
Drove from Winnipeg and couldn't resist stopping here.Always Firehouse over Jimmy Johns !

Worse and worse everytime we come. Little to no chips, pop machine little selection, pop cooler was empty. No brownies, no pickles. Better off going to subway. 2 guys working were nice.

The worst sandwich I ever had in my life…I’m from NYC so I wanted to check out this place because I love sandwiches, tell me why this place gave me an ice cold corn beef sandwich when it’s called the “nyc steamer” I threw it away after 3 bites. Yeah, won’t be coming here again
