I was having a really bad day and stopped to get a late lunch. The staff was immediately engaging when I walked in. They explained the menu, suggested how to order, and were on the ball. It would be helpful if the staff at the counter was nice. This was my first time there. I did not know that when you order the portobello mushroom sub they grill the onions and peppers while grilling the mushrooms and cheese. I said I’m sorry but I didn’t want onions and the guy Langly scrape them off the grill and into the garbage and gave me a dirty look. I also told him I wanted the rosemary and Parmesan bread and later he asked me 2 more times what bread what I wanted...

Had an absolutely fantastic Super Sub here at Jersey Mike's Subs.
The freshy slice meat cheese is always fresh and delicious.
The bread is always soft with a slight crusty outer texture which I love.
The one criticism is the employees need to pay attention a little bit better.
I always ask for my sub not to be cut into four pieces several times and they still cut it into four pieces.
It was still a fantastic sub.
