The reason why I gave this place 2-stars is for a couple of reasons. The food is great, staff is great, and I have personally never have eaten at the location, but overall looks clean. I work in an office nearby and in the nature of my business I don't have time to step out order and wait for my food to be made then go back to my office. Unfortunately, I rely on convenience like most people and I believe the website may have updated so you can't customize or make comments regarding your order. It just comes as is or you can add extra items. I figured an alternative method would be to call the location to attempt to put in an order since I was looking to have soemthing no be included in my order; however, when I called to place my order, there was no answer and i tried a couple times that day. I did go to the location to order and luckily it wasn't too busy, when I mention it to the staff they didn't seem to note anything was wrong, the staff turned on the phone and said. Well it's on now. I have attempted to called numerous times after to order, but if they don't care enough to turn on their phones I don't care enough to put in an order. So that's why I have given the rating I have. I often times order on behalf of colleagues and myself so it's not just one item ahnd they have several requests in their items that cannot be modified on the website or even on the phone. I don't have time to go to the location and sometimes the wait can be 20 minutes or longer. Unfortunately, if the phone isn't on, I just won't choose this location for lunch.

Walked in for lunch around 2:30 today. I was greeted by the cashier and explained to her that I have never had poke and I would need a second to look at the menu. She said she could answer any questions I had and even told me about the most popular bowl. Decided that that was the safest option and got it and was pleasantly surprised. Fresh ingredients. Plenty of food. A little on the pricey side in my opinion, but nothing crazy. I would recommend trying this place out to anyone.

I have nothing but great things to say about Poke House! They have excellent Poke bowls, and it's home to my new favorite mango smoothie. No joke, it's the best one I have ever had. They have a large selection of boba teas as well. You will be happy you checked this place out!

I love their peach green tea with mango popping. Always a favorite! I picked up 3 meals around dinner time. Service was fast and they are always friendly! Definitely worth the drive!
