My Mediterranean Skinny sandwich was delicious 😋 It had cucumber, artichoke hearts, feta, grilled chicken, diced red peppers and hot pepper humus. I also had the broccoli and cheddar cheese soup. So, so good. The customer service was fast, friendly and smiling. The dining area had plenty of seating. They sell jars of hot peppers. My overall experience was simply awesome. If you go here, I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

I had Potbelly deliver my turkey sandwich. I chose the wheat roll. Always toasted and crispy. Turkey with provolone, lettuce and onions, and I added bacon. Also mustard and mayo. Delicious. I love how customizable the sandwiches are. Great lunch spot for eat in or delivery!

Unfortunately we walked out and were disgusted after seeing a female employee sitting on a food prep table on her phone instead of being ready and trying to help the customers. If she was on break then she should have been in a dedicated break room/area. Not what we want to see as we're first walking in.

I just picked up a chicken salad sub, and it was terrible. I threw half of it away. All I could taste was mayo and black pepper. Would rather have a gas station sandwhich, than this. My first experience, and I'm never coming back.

It was a very bad experience, my sandwich was OK the person who made my sandwich was very nice, The next person was a lady who packed my sandwich with any napkins no condiments. I came back and asked her for napkins and she pointed out where and said you don't see it. after I finished I asked her where the trash was and again very rudely said a Bag? I don't Understand you. I was really mad about her, because she was very unprofessional, but the cashier stopped the Lady. I will never be back to this restaurant, it was a really bad experience.
