This Store has REALLY improved! I recommend giving this Location a chance! I personally drive out of my way to this location to insure a great experience! Under New Management within the past year and I keep coming back to the Plymouth Location!

Ordered for delivery. Items were missing from my order. No big deal it happens. Called the store as instructed on their website to just simply request these items be refunded. I was met with flat refusal to refund these items missing from my order. I requested if that wasn’t an option if a driver could be sent out to fulfill my missing items to which that was also met with refusal (which could be due to it coming through DoorDash or what have you) but to have to go through my credit card company to remedy this scenario is absolutely ridiculous and the lack of candor by the employee and manager was quite disrespectful. Bottom line if you order delivery and they miss something - you can’t get a refund.

An employee was very rude to my girlfriend, he kept on talking to his coworkers and to customers instead of trying to get everybody taken care of. When my girlfriend was trying to give him instructions on how she wanted her food he would swift to making conversations with employees. We spent about almost $50 and was not worth the experience.

I just to pick up a curbside pick up. There’s no designated parking for curbside so I just went in because how else would they know I’m here. The person at the register was rude af. It wasn’t even that busy. He didn’t acknowledge that I was there and he just stared at me. I said I have a pick up and gestured like “….and? What your name”

As a vegan, I’ve given Qdoba multiple chances over the last two years—4 to 5 visits—and unfortunately, it just doesn’t measure up, especially compared to Chipotle. The vegan options at Qdoba feel limited, with no dedicated plant-based protein like Chipotle’s Sofritas. While the food is okay, it often lacks the bold flavors I expect from a Mexican-inspired meal.
Customer service is another area where Qdoba consistently falls short. On every visit, I’ve noticed staff that seem disengaged, rarely making eye contact or putting effort into the interaction. It feels rushed and impersonal, which diminishes the overall experience.
I’ll admit that Chipotle isn’t perfect all the time, but overall, they provide better vegan options, more flavorful meals, and a higher level of customer service.
Qdoba might be fine for non-vegans or those looking for something quick, but for plant-based eaters, it’s just not the best option. I gave it enough chances to know it’s not for me.

I have never eaten here before but love chipotle and I can say the steak bowl taste way better here then there. I will return cause chipotle is slacking.

I cannot order delivery from this store and actually get everything I order. I've tried continuing and just reporting to corporate every time I have an issue, and they've just stopped responding. Its SO disappointing because the food is one of my favorites but I'm just going to start going somewhere else.
