I frequent this Qdoba location numerous times a week. Occasionally the chicken will be a little cold when not going during peak times, however overall I have no complaints about this location. This is a great QDoba that is consistent and tasty. The staff is nice and welcoming as well.

First time going inside Qdoba. The Customer service is horrible, the workers were super rude and was not doing their job right. Just busy talking with other workers and messing around. The food area where they served in front of the customer is super messy and not clean. It looks like the food was on top of near the other foods all dried up in between the spaces. I was very surprised how my first time experience was going to be like this. Which I’m very disappointed about it.

Had to walk out tonight with no food. Employees took 10 mins to stock all the food while I waited yet didn't restock white rice. Instead made three dishes for a to go order and used it all up. Then when the employee tells the kitchen they need more, the guys in the back are busy futtsing around instead of making it. So overall waited for 15 mins and received no food. My question is who is the manager on shift and how are they unaware of situational awareness of the company. Too many people standing around chatting to not get job expectations completed🫣 I went to Chipotle instead on Vicksburg where they accomplished my tasks in a timely manner

The Qdoba in Plymouth is absolutely top notch. The staff are terrific, attentive, quick, always the best food and service. Thanks to all the staff.
Staff are usually pretty unprofessional and unfriendly but the food is good. I tend to order on the app and they have made errors such as giving me black beans instead of pinto or not putting cheese on my bowl.

I visited this QDOBA location yesterday to try it out for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was not very positive due to the customer service. As soon as I walked in, one of the employees immediately asked me if I was here for a pick-up order for Uber Eats or DoorDash. I found that assumption to be very unprofessional and honestly felt stereotyped by it. I chose not to respond, but when I later got to the counter to order, the same employee showed me a lot of attitude. His behavior came across as rude and dismissive, which made the ordering experience uncomfortable.
Good customer service is just as important as the quality of food, and in this case, the service left a bad impression. While the food itself tasted good, the portion size was noticeably small compared to similar restaurants. I believe this location could really benefit from retraining staff on professionalism, respect toward customers, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in.
