Came home with no cookies and sloppy sub with sauce I never asked for.. went back and they said you can have some cookies.. look in the holder. Looks not good at all.. also if you file a complaint. They just mark it as resolved. You should get 0 stars.

My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.
Don’t ever quit Trey!
Also besides this great experience, our experience here is usually just fine but today exceeded our expectations.

Apparently, they don't follow the store hours and they close early than what is shown on the store hours.

We bought five subs and none of them came the way we wanted them too they sent us the completely wrong stuff not a single order was correct and one of the subs had only vegetables we tried calling the restaurant to tell them about it but no one picked up we spent $84.09 on this order and we were not able to get a refund or anything

I was 2nd in line but took 15 min as all the online orders. Then in the middle of making it two more sandwiches jumped in front of mine. Next time I walk into a subway if they don't have a 2nd area for online orders I am turning around.
