Typically, I order the chicken quesadilla. This time I was disappointed to find they had replaced the chunks of chicken meat with ground chicken. I did not like the texture. Disappointed.

Visited here for a late lunch with a friend, and had our server Mia order for me. By way of background, I had not been to the Sunshine Factory since they moved from their previous location in New Hope, many years ago, having three really bad experiences - so bad we threw away the free gift cards they gave us. Time for a 4th chance, and they achieved total redemption. I expected to get a big burger, but instead Mia totally surprised me with a delicious order of perfectly spiced teriyaki chicken. My friend ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo that was also very good, along with a perfectly fried side of fries. She also stated the roll that came with the order was 10 out of 10. The only issue I had was the lack of Coke products. The restaurant was comfortable and well appointed, and the bathrooms were very clean, towels and not dryers. I will be returning, and thank you Mia for the nice surprise.

Tried the mushroom Swiss burger, (must have been a half pounder) on a fresh baked bun with perfectly melted cheese. McDonald’s style fries, came out hot and crispy.

Also, recommend the Sausage /Pepperoni flatbread was solid too, (hint) ask for it crispy.
Big menu , lots of choices with full dinner meals, apps, happy hour deals, daily specials.

Nice layout with quieter dining side or bar side with booths, tables, tons of TVs and outdoor seating with fireplace. We sat bar side, festive vibe, can get loud during games.(Game-day drink and beer specials)

** Only heads up, service timing can be hit or miss depending on the night. Been there 5-6 times and it’s been spotty… bummer **

A friend and I met up for dinner. I've been visiting the restaurant since it opened and was in it's original location. Food has always been very good with a large number of options. The waitress was at the table the moment we were being seated, asking for our drink order. She stopped back about 3 times within the first 15/20 minutes to see if we wanted food. We finally told her we wanted to chat and we needed some time. When we finally decided on food, I asked for a description of one of the side dishes and she just said it wasn't good (no flavor) and suggested something else, without actually telling me what it contained (seasonal vegetables). The side she suggested had no flavor and was disappointing (and I read another review, before posting this, that said the side I originally inquired about was delicious). My friend and I wanted time to catch up but we felt hurried and uncomfortable from the moment we were seated.

Made a quick stop here to meet friends a few weeks ago. It was right at opening so they weren't busy yet. The service and the food we had were very appetizing! Plenty of seating indoor and out. We'd come back if we were ever in the area again!

Food was fantastic service was also great. Our server was always asking how we're doing. Also told us that the b b gue sauce was made in house..
Only thing that could be better was Turn The Music 🎶 🎵 down.
Customers had to really use there voices to 👄 to there party.
Other than that the atmosphere was 👍 👌 👍

My cousins decided it was time to get together besides funerals. This was a halfway point which worked well! The waiting staff was outstanding and went above and beyond! They even took a group picture for us. The food was delicious.
