I went here trying to order using a deal on my app. They told me I had to order for pickup from the app, to which I attempted to do. It told me I needed a card to place the order, which I don’t have one of. I’m 14 with no job just trying to have some Taco Bell for dinner, and tried placing an order in person without the deal to which no one helped me. Don’t bother patronizing this establishment.

I love Taco Bell, but like everyone else, I don't admit it in public!! C'mon folks, EVERYONE eats here! This place is clean and orderly. The staff is nice and pleasant! And about the food, well, It's Taco Bell, you just got to love it! You want "authentic" Mexican, go to freakin Mexico! Taco Bell is great Comfort Foid, tasty, and fills the gut! So shut up!! Staff making the food are sloppy. Meat serving are thin, too often I end up with lettuce tacos. The store could use a thorough cleaning. The side of the soda machine (pictured) is disgusting. Food under the booths too.

Wrote an email to customer service over a week ago and have received no response back. Didn't receive all my food I ordered and paid for. Then my chicken cantina Taco they not only put all the cantina toppings but also put the meat for their regular tacos. Also asked for taco sauces and they were not even put in the bag. So gross.
