I had the kindest experience today at Wendys. The store manager and very kind woman that was in the window were compassionate enough to give me my meal for free when I was having banking issues and couldn’t get another payment method to work. I wouldn’t have been able to eat today with out them and will pay it forward. Thank you both and Merry Christmas!

Placed order by computer, never got a response if order went thru. But went yo pick it up it was in there system has to wait another 7-10 min. But all was good.

Every time I go to this location it sucks.... I thought I'd try it again at dinner rush 12/3/24 about 645. Absolutely trash. Fries taste like cardboard, chicken dry AF no sauce on sandwich, no napkins,great smiling staff though

Every time I order from this location something is wrong first it was a mix up on the order and they gave me something that I didn't order. And it's happened more than once. Today I thought I'd order the krusty krab collab burger fries and Frosty combo. I made it a large combo meal and the frosty I got was either a small or medium and it wasn't even mixed. If this had been a one-time occurrence I would have thought oh no big deal they just had a mishap, but this is happened at least five times I will never go to this Wendy's ever again.

They forgot both of our sauces and they were not responding though the Intercom to take out order. Don’t come to this wendys.
I've received incorrect orders multiple times from this location. Typically a burger will be missing or be the wrong one. It's pretty frustrating when I don't even ask for alterations. Sometimes I'm able to catch it before I go home, but not always. The food tastes fine, but not good enough to make up for getting the wrong items.

I went here today. Went through the drive thru, the woman working told me the drive thru computer was down and to come inside to order. No biggie, I did. Immediately there was a rude customer ahead of me, demanding all sorts of weird things on his order - even down to the type of paper they wrapped his sandwich in. He was making rude remarks to these women as if they weren’t there. They’re were three women working and it was lunch rush, plus they were clearly having technical difficulties and trying their best. Another customer came in and one of the women took his order. The last thing he said to her was “you guys are slow” as he walked away. The woman taking his order had a smile on her face the whole time. True customer service. To the three women who were working today - thank you! And I’m sorry some people find it hard to be decent. You all handed a high pressured moment with GRACE. To the manager reading this, you should thank those three women for their hard work!
We went here to get a SpongeBob frosty as our normal Wendy's was out. They had the frosty. So five stars, I guess. I didn't get anything. It was for my nephew.
