My wife and I had dinner last Thursday evening arriving at 6pm for the reservation. Our experience was just OK, not the usual high level of service and food we've had in many past visits. This was our first time at Porterhouse even though we have driven by multiple times and have heard so many good things. We were NOT disappointed. Our server was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the specials and explained everything very well. We were impressed to see that the entire wait staff helped each other out.
