We stopped at noon for lunch. We were told we could not order lunch sandwhiches because they had not done prep for them yet so we had to order breakfast sandwhiches. We wanted to order green tea but was told we had to wait for them to brew it. We got our tea after we had finished our meals.

Food and coffee was great. The atmosphere was good too. Service well it is not best in a lot of places now - in this instance it was more important for the person filling the order to finish her chit chat with her coworkers than to get the product to the customer. ?

This is a great spot! love the natural light. Drinks are delicious. Sometimes the music isn't to my taste but its usually gentle pop music. Sometimes the staff plays separate music in the back and I can hear both of them, which is annoying. But nothing headphones can't fix. This is my go-to spot. A community hangout. :)

All of my order was correct and my macchiato was the best tasting from this location compared to the many other Caribous I have been to. 11-24-23 9:30amI felt like the drive-through attendant pressured me into letting her keep my change as a tip. I had a $1 and some change coming back to me and she asked twice if I wanted my change. Why is there an expectation for tipping a drive-through attendant? You literally waited on me for 20 seconds, totally unlike a sit down restaurant where a three course meal is served.I wonder if the proprietor knows about this behavior and pressure to tip someone. Maybe speed up your drive-through times before asking for a tip.
