Yesterday I stopped to meet with a friend for coffee and the staff was very busy, so I waiting for a bit (no problem.) But while I waited - out popped a very friendly and customer service focused gal, asked if I had been taken care of and jumped all over taking care of my order! Her personality was perfect, just the right touch of conversation and helpfulness that made my day! Hats off to Haley (I think that is the spelling, she did awesome!) I’ll be back!!!!!
