I ordered a cake online for a birthday and put “decorators choice” for colors. But the order said ‘celebration cake with signature sprinkles’. No sprinkles are on this cake. Also, the decorator clearly made mistakes while writing the message and didn’t even bother to clean it up, or they repurposed a cake no one picked up. I would have refused the cake if I had any other option. Spending $30+ for a cake with no decorations and visible mistakes is not acceptable. I expected...read full review
Went there on 6/1/26, ordered a chicken strip basket and a medium S'MORES blizzard...the basket and everything in there was correct, but instead of my s'mores blizzard, I got a strawberry cheesecake, not even remotely close to a s'mores blizzard.
Employee was so nice, made my day. Forgot the honey mustard though. Win some you lose some.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill can provide great food, but the quality seems to depend on the time of visit. It is recommended to go around noon or 4pm for the best experience. There have been issues with slow service, especially during hot summer days when they are making Blizzards. The manager's customer service skills have also been questioned in the past.
Parking can be a challenge due to the layout of the lot, but there is additional parking available at Coborns.
On a busy Friday night, the restaurant was understaffed but the young crew still managed to deliver food in a timely manner. It is important to note that orders placed online may be prioritized or done incorrect, leading to some customers receiving their food before others who arrived earlier. The card reader was very slow. Despite the occasional challenges, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill strives to serve its customers to the best of its ability. Many recommend just using the drive thru.
