This is one of those locations where you get great food or mediocre food. Hitting it right at noon or around 4pm seems to be the best time to get great food. I have had my issues with this location in the past like very slow service, especially on hot days in the summer they make blizzards so slow. I have also had issues in the past with having my order lost. Another thing to note the main manager of this place is terrible with customer service. In the past I lost 45 minutes of my life waiting for 8 blizzards not to mention the person in front of us trying to get 2. All the woman did was apologize for the inconvenience which does not help the issue of I wasted a lot of time. Sometimes partial refunds or in store credit hand outs are needed this was one of those cases.Parking: This is the worst lay out for a parking lot ever but if you don't mind the walk you got coborns and another off shoot lot that's attached it's dumb

They were very busy and understaffed on a bustling Friday night, but they did a good job. Someone who got there ahead of us was upset because we got our food first, but I'm sure our order was ahead of theirs on the board because we ordered ahead online, and then walked there. I thought they were doing just fine.

Extremely cold inside, had to keep our coats on while we ate and the food wasn't hot like it should be when it's freshly made. Not the typical experience we've had going there.

By far one of the worst Dairy Queens around. Every single time, I order food from this place, I politely ask them to make sure the fries are cooked because of every past visit. Some how they amaze me yet again and give me under-cooked chicken and soggy, nasty cold fries. I've returned a basket of fries before and didn't want a refund. I just want my food cooked right is all. Am I asking for to much or what's the issue here ?

To the owners! Instead of apologizing to your customers and saying the same thing replying to reviews! Do something about it! Your Princeton store is a disgrace! I’ve been there many times and a girl there, I believe her name is Haley, is very rude to the employees and also customers! I’ve heard her curse a lot to the employees! I’m actually surprised you’re still in business! I have an idea! Maybe instead of apologizing constantly to reviews, maybe you should have a little sit down with Haley and her cronies! Until then, I’m not going back!

Put like 10 fries in my chicken strip basket that was $10 I ain’t payin all that for 10 fries.

Worst experience I've ever had when it was brought to their attention that they had made my blizzard wrong I got attitude and then I didn't get the blizzard I asked for the second time around. The girl at the window said she had assumed I wanted a particular flavor of additional topping instead of asking. This is supposed to be a Reese's peanut butter cup Blizzard with extra Reese's peanut butter cup with cone crunch I don't see any of those.

Fastest service for a dairy queen I've ever experienced, Zach our cashier was the best. He took his time, got the order perfect and even separated the meals exactly as requested, had great suggestions too. On top of that my young girls blizzards were already coming out before our order was complete. Food was out before I could fill the drinks.... Awesome job! Thanks Zach for the professional courtesy and the rest of the staff on duty 7/25/23 as well!Kid-friendliness: Brought 5 kids in and they were great with them.
