The service was good with the exception of a small prep issue on our food. The dining room feels a bit cramped, mostly poor design that could be improved with an open dining area as opposed to the 'U' shaped dining area. Replace the wall in the little with a load bearing pillar or two and it would have more room and feel less cramped. The custard sundae at then end of the meal hit just right. Flavor on par with the rest if the meal.

My only issue with this location is lack of cleaning and perception of not caring. There are always employees standing around even though drink area is very messy, out of condiments and just nasty. Half the tables being used but the other half are dirty. Bathroom looks like it was in a hurricane...
The one in Cambridge is outstanding compared and twice as busy.

Went and spent 35$ the other day and they had my food incorrect. So I called to get it corrected. The manager was originally nice and wanted to help. I went back the following day (I don’t live in Princeton) and they were rude and judgmental!!
Told me they have this happen a lot and I did everything the original manger told me!! Unreal. Won’t be back to Princeton location. Elk River has always done right!

We tend to get the meals as opposed to the individual items. The food here is always delicious, and 90% of the time they get the order right without any prompting or repetition. Fast service, good food, and a nice interior. Today they broke their streak of getting our order right, but the food is awesome enough that this one mistake isn't going to keep me from visiting again.

Ordered a single bc burger with raw onion lettuce and tomato and received a double bc burger with lettuce and pickles. There were 4 things wrong with it and service was insanely slow even though not busy

Ordered a concrete, handed me a melted pool of whatever this is. Not impressed! I even asked, they said it melted when they added the toppings. I got a straw so I could drink my concrete🤪

Plenty of staff..... 1 Shake requested, sat and watched six employees standing around in the front alone..... finally had to approach and ask why it's taking 10 minutes for a shake with 5 and 6 employees standing in front. Then the proceeded to turn around grab a medium shake instead of the large that I requested..... he said it was rung up as a medium and I simply said okay and walked out. This is now the third time in a row that I have been there and watched four or five people standing around with people's orders not being handled for whatever reason. They have plenty of Staff but they need a lot more training. I also attempted to use Curbside To Zero success.... I use the app got confirmation no one ever came out I finally had to go in it was sitting in a bag on the counter..... had the description of my vehicle and everything. Not impressed they've been open long enough at this point where they should have some of this dialed in

Went through the drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. We ordered two ice coolers and clarified that the flavors were meant for two separate drinks. When we got to the window, we asked the staff to confirm that both drinks were on the same transaction, just to avoid any mix-up.
Instead of helping us clarify, the woman who took our order responded with a rude tone, saying she had already done it, but made it seem like we were the ones causing confusion. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since we were just trying to make sure everything was correct. Not the kind of customer service we expected.

Seems like the only place that still teaches their staff true customer service skills! It's always so great to be met with a smile and a hello, even in the drive through. While I have always had to wait for my food and pull forward in the drive thru, my food always comes out perfect and hot! Great staff, service, and food. Keep it up guys!
