The two people I interacted with were great. Good communication. Good product. Decent price. I'm in here probably pretty close to once a week. Not had a bad experience.

Incredibly disappointed.. I put in my order several hours early, recognizing that I was picking up a SINGLE sandwich half an hour before they closed- my husband grabbed it on his way home from work. I had put 'less' instead of having the tomatoes removed completely but the sandwich was covered in them, ruining it. I also paid for extra meat, which was not on the sandwich. It was crumpled and smashed while poorly made.. we don't eat out often because of how expensive it is, so it's SO disappointing to actually spend money on the food just for it to be so under par (especially disappointed since I had tipped as well). Please do better for the other people that come into your store because we will not be ordering from here again.

I just bought 3 footlongs and they were not at all good asked for mayo had none, asked to be toasted , not toasted and asked for veggies none of that , for how expensive it has become think you should get what you pay for so disappointing use to love subway.

Im finally leaving a review that I hope someone in charge will take and do something with... i cannot even count on my hands how many times I've had major screw ups at the drive through, extremely wrong orders as a then being treated as if it's my fault, when I've triple checked the order screen before submitting... either something is wrong with the screen system or there are that many incompetent workers.... it's made this subway my last resort when we need a quick meal.

Gave it another chance after many years.. Ordered the rotisserie chicken and got it toasted and the chicken was still ice cold... Guess we don't warm up the meat before making the sandwich. Overpriced disgusting food. Not worth it

I asked for my food toasted as I’m pregnant and shouldn’t eat cold deli. The sandwich was ice cold… hoping I don’t get sick from eating this. Terrible customer service too my bag full of mayo all over and didn’t bother giving me any napkins. I won’t be coming back.

Kind of disappointed the fact that Subway in Princeton Minnesota is too lazy to actually have someone take your order now they have a push button order system outside in the Drive-Thru maybe I'm just a ratchety old person but give me a break what is the point of a drive-thru if I have to reach out of my car and serve up my own order and then get asked for a tip I'm good really really I'm good no thanks

I ordered my 3-year-old a sandwich and asked if they could microwave it for her instead of toasting it and the girl that was working told me they are not allowed to microwave sandwiches. The young man working the window seem more than willing to do this for my child but the teenage girl assembling the sandwich absolutely refused. It is a sandwich for a child. When you toast them they become a little crispy and it can be a choking hazard but with a few seconds in a microwave it softens the sandwich up and holds the ingredients inside the sandwich better. We have done this every time we go to Subway with her. It has never been an issue until today. I was very disappointed in the experience and when you are spending $10+ per sandwich and you have a microwave right behind you I am not sure why you are so resistant on satisfying your customer. I really do not see it as a big deal but she sure was upset and very firm with us on the fact that she would not microwave our child's sandwich. The young man seemed very confused and like he felt bad. I just smiled and said okay and left but we were very disappointed in the service provided. She made it very clear through her words, body language and eyes she had no problem being rude to her customers and we were so polite.
