Gave it another chance after many years.. Ordered the rotisserie chicken and got it toasted and the chicken was still ice cold... Guess we don't warm up the meat before making the sandwich. Overpriced disgusting food. Not worth it

I asked for my food toasted as I’m pregnant and shouldn’t eat cold deli. The sandwich was ice cold… hoping I don’t get sick from eating this. Terrible customer service too my bag full of mayo all over and didn’t bother giving me any napkins. I won’t be coming back.

Kind of disappointed the fact that Subway in Princeton Minnesota is too lazy to actually have someone take your order now they have a push button order system outside in the Drive-Thru maybe I'm just a ratchety old person but give me a break what is the point of a drive-thru if I have to reach out of my car and serve up my own order and then get asked for a tip I'm good really really I'm good no thanks

I ordered my 3-year-old a sandwich and asked if they could microwave it for her instead of toasting it and the girl that was working told me they are not allowed to microwave sandwiches. The young man working the window seem more than willing to do this for my child but the teenage girl assembling the sandwich absolutely refused. It is a sandwich for a child. When you toast them they become a little crispy and it can be a choking hazard but with a few seconds in a microwave it softens the sandwich up and holds the ingredients inside the sandwich better. We have done this every time we go to Subway with her. It has never been an issue until today. I was very disappointed in the experience and when you are spending $10+ per sandwich and you have a microwave right behind you I am not sure why you are so resistant on satisfying your customer. I really do not see it as a big deal but she sure was upset and very firm with us on the fact that she would not microwave our child's sandwich. The young man seemed very confused and like he felt bad. I just smiled and said okay and left but we were very disappointed in the service provided. She made it very clear through her words, body language and eyes she had no problem being rude to her customers and we were so polite.

I have noticed that the price is ridiculous and the way some of the managers treat the employees is unacceptable never stepping in Princeton Subway again

One of the best Subway stores in Minnesota. Super friendly, attentive, and personable service. The subs are fresh, and the selections are always available. I frequent this Subway frequently.

Placed order at the drive thru, waited over 15 minutes for sandwiches that weren’t even made properly. Asked for both sandwiches to be toasted, only received one toasted. One got double meat and there was barley one serving of meat on it, for their now ridiculous prices and paying extra for extra meat and not even receiving the normal amount $27 is outrageous, 2 staff inside, helping ZERO other customers and it took that long, on top of the order being incorrect. Never going back.

Ordered online, got our order home and it wasn't right. Wrong bread, and only one of our 4 sandwiches was toasted, and even that one we weren't sure. Called about it and I was told they "got busy" and couldn't call everyone and tell everyone they ran out of the bread they ordered. He then looked at our order and said "sorry about not toasting them, but there is nothing we can do about that." I wasn't expecting a full refund, but they could have told my husband when he picked it up that the bread wasn't what was ordered, and it would have been fine. As far as toasting, attention to detail. Reading what was ordered and follow through appropriately, that's the job. A response of "nothing we can do about it" is not acceptable. The sandwiches were still good, but I now know for sure that they are better toasted. Lesson: check your order before you leave.

Their advertising got the best of me, went in for the foot long chocolate chip cookie and they didn't have any, been disappointed by this location too many times, done with them.
