Josh took my order and it was perfect. Potato Olés were hot hot hot! It’s been years since I eat a taco John’s and it was very pleasant reminder that the food is still exactly the way it was. I haven’t had a Mountain Dew in years either and it tasted perfect. Glad I stopped. I needed a snack.

I ordered online pressed here on the app when I got in the parking lot and it was ready 2 mins after I got there. AMAZING. In my order I asked for 15 hot sauce packets, AND THEY GAVE ME 26!!! Most people complain about it not being ready but I granted they order it in the parking lot then walk in half a second later, dont push the im her botton and expect there food immediately, grow up there are humans making the food that can't become robots because your too impatient impatient

Awful service. Very slow. Rude workers. We sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before even getting help and the guy was rude.

I've eaten here 3 times in the past two weeks. Each time I get rather poor service. Today they forgot half of my offer completely, I ordered 2 meals. Then the girl rolled her eyes and went back and made the rest of my order. As a fast food worker previously and a current supervisor of a restaurant I find it appalling to treat your customer like they are bothering you, anyways I didn't put it together until today but each time I eat there I have a terrible stomach ache and have diarrhea shortly after. Please try harder and worry about food safety that should be the main priority.

This location is constantly forgetting parts of almost every order that my family has placed. they have also made food wrong multiple times. it has been so many times that my family has gotten many $5 off coupons. however, they have their phone turned off or something so we can never just call, we always have to go in. it is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to have to go back to the restaurant to complain. it should not be on the customers to verify the order

Not one thing was right on my order and when I call in they just hang up on you. The guy at the drive through was in such a hurry he forgot most of my items and everything was cold

I honestly can't believe the experience that we had. We ended up just asking for our money back because they continuously messed up our order and tried to blame us for it, stating that we were the ones that kept changing our order? The girl that was taking our orders was rushing us and obviously didn't get our order correct. I would rather drive to a different than come to Princeton. Makes sense why they never have any at that location.
The assistant manager did give us our money back with no issues. Other two workers were crap.

I went there today for the first time. I was ordering my food on the kiosk because there was no one available to take your order. The guy came out and started yelling at everybody in the lobby and said get out we’re locking the doors. There were people that had paid for their food already and he still told them to get out. all I can say is wow.I get that this man felt stressed out. But telling people that had already paid to leave is uncalled for. I did leave thankfully I had not complained my order.

Slowest drive through anywhere. Seriously. Plan on at least 10 minutes. Food is just ok. Seriously not worth the wait time or the price.
