Very bad service. Extremely long wait to order ice cream and ever longer wait to receive the ice cream order. Many frustrated customers besides me. I will not return to this location.
Went there on 4/14 to have a quick lunch with my daughter. To start, the front doors were in such rough shape that they could barely be opened. I watched 3 different groups struggle and either leave or walk around to the other door. When we ordered, I got a simple cheese burger meal and asked for a little of that flame thrower sauce, my kid got the chicken strip basket. They forgot my fries and drink and the "little" flame thrower sauce was slathered all over everything. Same...read full review
Worst customer service on August 26th! Only 4 of us and no other customers. No one at the front counter, the woman at the drive up window could could see us, and didn’t say a word. We finally asked if someone was going to take our order. If I hadn’t promised my great-nephew (almost 5) some ice cream, we would have left. The food was not even hot.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a mix of decent food and slow service, though there have been some recent improvements. The chicken tenders basket with gravy remains a popular choice, while other menu items like fries, onion rings, and cheese curds can be just okay. Some customers have noted issues with the burger bun being stale and the French fries being cold and rubbery. However, the ice cream continues to be a highlight.
Service can still be slow, especially during peak periods, and some customers have experienced long waits and order mix-ups, particularly at the drive-thru. While a few employees have provided courteous service, others have been less attentive. The restaurant is trying to improve by hiring good people, but management's presence is still needed to enhance overall efficiency and leadership. Ambiance is not a concern since most customers prefer take-out or drive-up. With a bit of patience, customers can enjoy their meal, but it is important to double-check orders before leaving.
