This was my 2nd trip to Enzo's and the pizza was just as good as the last one. This pizza is the best in Minnesota, and I drove all the way from Blaine to Prior Lake, about 45 minutes through city traffic to have this awesome pie. The crust, the cheese, the sauce, the generous toppings are all worth the drive. This is an affordable, old-fashioned pie made from scratch. 5 stars for this Minnesota Jem.
Enzo's is amazing! Super friendly staff who will chat with you for a while and are very helpful. I love to swing by over lunch and get a slice of pizza. I like to request my slice of pizza to be extra crispy on the bottom. They serve pizza slices pretty much all day which is nice. They have some seating to eat a slice but it's definitely not a place to hang around.Vegetarian options: It's pizza, they will have a vegetarian option for you.
