Out showing homes in Prior Lake today and stopped by McDonalds for lunch int between showings. Food is always fresh and fast at this location. Many homebuyers I work with love this area so close to downtown prior lake.

Service was slow. We were at the drive thru for 45 minutes. Waited so long I went in the restaurant to get someone to take my order. I finally took my order, waited an extra 10 minutes just for them to screw up my order again! Finally went back into McDonalds for them to fix my order.

They get the order wrong every time. Last night they didn’t give us our 10pc nuggets (which means we didn’t get our physical monopoly piece either) AND they were closed before we got home and realized it.

Everytime I go here my order is incorrect, ordered a breakfast sandwich meal, was charged a 1.50 to add a piece of cheese and 30 cents to add a coke to the meal, there was no cheese on my sandwich and I received a diet coke with not a single piece of ice in it. Who ever is managing this place needs to prioritize better more accurate service rather than getting as many people through the drive thru as possible, if you order from this location check your order before you leave.

This place is not clean. I like to dine in, but on multiple occasions I have not been able to find one clean table. Even my children are grossed out by the tables. Some are very obviously wiped down with a wet cloth instead of cleaning materials. Also, its commonly full of unsupervised teenagers who make it very uncomfortable. This location also removed the soda fountains...have to go to the counter and ask for refills and ketchup etc.... its inconvenient and annoying...makes me feel less welcome.
Food there has never been satisfying. They've never messed up my order, but it's always been cold. Their staff is usually a bunch of teenagers, which isn't the problem. The problem is they all have attitudes. There hasn't been a single time someone didn't give me an attitude.

I've been going to this McDonald's for years and it certainly has evolved, in a bad way. However, meeting Elena was very old school customer service. The visit was handled poorly by the manager on duty. Elena made it all better. The manager disciplined Elena, in front of customers to make a point to not give great customer service. Truly sad as this manager has a history of very poor customer service. I pray that Elena gets the high praises deserved. We left McDonald's happy Elena helped us but very disappointed the manager mishandled Elena in front of us for doing such a great job.

I used to go here quite a bit but then after they shut down and remodeled and took out the pop dispensers and the ketchup dispenser and now I got to use some filthy dirty grimy ketchup packets which aren't worth a crap I Won't Go Back
