I have had food from Ofelia’s a few times now. First time was when they catered my niece’s grad party. Excellent every time! I find myself craving it from time to time and that is a sign of great food in my opinion…
I have eaten Ofelias on Friday in New Prague so many times and it is always so delicious! The quality is great and they always keep their truck looking nice and clean. The staff are also always very friendly.

We happened to get in on our first Ofelia's experience when a friend picked up tacos for those of us helping my daughter move into her new home in Prior Lake. We were really impressed!Now we look for reasons to come there on Thursdays or Saturdays (we live a half hour away) so we can pick up their fabulous food.The beef brisket or pork tacos are amazing, and the beef brisket burritos are HUGE!
