So, Where do I begin? We ordered on the app about an hour before they closed, big mistake!!!We rolled through the drive thru and picked up our prepaid food, easy peazy right?We got home and opened our burrito bowls and nothing seemed correct... because nothing was correct. Yesterday for lunch, I ordered up a burrito using Chipotle's app. I went to this location's "Chipotelane" drive through to pick up my order. The employee at the drive up was unable to locate my order after I had said my name and shown her my phone with my purchase receipt on it. After some back and forth, she remarked, "Oh! Now I understand why people avoid this location like the plague and just go 5 minutes further to the next closest one.Never bother ordering from this location. Ever.
