Went here at 9pm on 9/27. Walked in to the employees arguing then they gave pretty crappy servings and they also start to close up 2 hours before they even close so half of the stuff is gone. Got my food and went to the dining area just to find about every single table was dirty with food on it from other people. Nothing is stocked at the self serve/drink area. Had a terrible experience here yesterday and after reading reviews I see it is pretty common at this location. I ordered a quesadilla online because they are digital only. The lady at the drive thru was so rude and clearly in a rush as she gave me my pop no ice, lid not fully on, and stuff all over the sides of cup. Last time ordering at this Chipotle location. Just terrible service. The line was 7 cars deep.
I arrived a bit earlier and have been in line for 15 minutes with cars NOT moving. I can't get out because there are cars behind mine.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers excellent service and fresh food. The Chicken Burrito Bowl is a favorite, large enough for leftovers. Limited parking with a pothole at the entrance. A wonderful employee named Nathan stood out with a big smile, making the experience perfect. Fast service and friendly staff make this location a top choice for a satisfying meal. The restaurant has improved significantly over time, with better quality, more consistent portions, and attentive service. The staff, including Jose and his crew who catered a special occasion, ensure all necessary items like tongs, serving spoons, plates, and napkins are provided, making for a smooth experience. While there have been some occasional delays with pickup orders, the overall experience is positive. The restaurant continues to develop and offers a welcoming atmosphere for customers seeking a good meal.
