2nd time in two weeks at this location we paid extra for Parmesan chicken and didn't get what we ordered. We ordered on the mobile app for pickup. Fortunately we checked our meals before we got to far away. They did replace the meal. I'm not sure if the kitchen staff needs some sort indicator in bold on what they see back there when a customer makes changes. It's not very obvious on the recipe but it does say what we ordered. Our server was Jack, he had phenomenal service and welcomed my boyfriend and I into the store. The atmosphere is clean and the food was hot, tasty, and well flavored!
