I don't know if the Savage location represents the rest of the franchises, but the food has gone so down hill to point of appalling how poor quality is. Noodles used to be delicious wholesome and quality food. Now it is overcooked noodles sorta swimming in melted knockoff Velveeta. Absolutely will not eat there again. So sad how far they have fallen.

Good food, u got to remember it's fast food, so it's not a place for atmosphere but a better choice than McDonalds.

It is one of the 1st fast food restaurants that serve healthy, delicious food. It's a little pricey, but what isn't these days. The burger joints are a little cheaper, but don't taste half as good! Plus, the RiceCrispy treats are fantastic!

Chipotle lobby was closed so I decided to try something new. Went to noodles and. company. Felt like what I had was processed food. Nothing fresh or special about it! Again, this was my first experience at this chain. And I probably wouldn't go back.. Try the special that the recommended. It doesn't look anything like the picture and didn't taste the best either.

Ordered pad Thai. Probably the best I’ve had. An excellent ratio of noodles, chicken, eggs, peanuts, cilantro and sauce.

The service is awesome here—the staff are super kind, helpful, and joyful! They were so fast too! Classic Mac and cheese for the win; didn't disappoint.

I ordered tofu pad thai… the cashier was very nice and helped me log into my app so I could log the puchase via my phone number since I haven’t been here in 10+years.My food came out pretty quickly and when I sat down and took my first bite it seemed like my noodles didn’t have any sauce. There was flavor but they tasted dry.So I went back up to the front. The cashier was now helping someone else and it looked like they may be processing some online orders (it was 4:30pm on a Saturday evening). After the cashier finished helping the new customer with their order he ignored me and turned around to assist the other gal putting orders together. I watched them process 2-3 orders and also help a third in-store customer now… without ever even looking at me.I then moved to the cashier area hoping to get some attention that way. The gal finally looked at me and I asked for some “extra” sauce (not explaining that it didn’t look like I had any to begin with). She said that would be an extra charge. I said fine. She quoted me like $2.50 but ended up charging me less than $2.I stood there and watched them process more orders… 2-3 people came to puck up orders. Finally a different lady stepped up from the back to ask if I needed help (“I’m saved!” I thought)… I explained I just needed some extra sauce and had already paid for it… she said okay and disappeared in the back. I never saw her again.By the time I got my “extra” sauce which was really just “sauce.” Since I never had any, my food was cold.Next time, I will know better that asking for sauce means putting in a totally separate order and having to wait eons. :(

I called my order in. After waiting 20 minutes past the "ready by" time I was given, I asked when my order would be done. Turns out, they had not seen my order until I asked. Instead of processing my order next, they put me behind 4 others, 2 of which had no person there to pick them up. No direct apology made. Bad form. Won't be back.

Stag was confused, rude, and lazy. They did not know what they were doing and were confused about our order. They did not use gloves and picked up what they dropped on the counter with their hands. The confused workers stared rudely. We asked for our order because they were taking 15 to make our food, and they shoved forks into our hands when they forget it. The Noodles and Company in Savage, MN needs to up their game and fix their attitude and cleanliness.

My noodles were burnt! Chicken was overdone as well. I also waited a long time for the cashier to help the guests in front of me- he didn’t know what he was doing. Lots of dirty tables that needed to be cleaned as well.

No more pork for some reason the bathroom had made up buzz words on it and the straw was bent in half and soggy and the chicken was a soy wafer chicken flavored product.
