“We rented the newly renovated upstairs for our daughter's Army "send off" party. The food was amazing! And when I ran out of food an hour early, the owner was able to bring out a few more pounds. (Tip: order more than you think you'll need, anticipate many of your guests going back for seconds, the food is so good!!)“

“Terrific! First time here. Very friendly and attentive bar staff. The interior and decor is really cool. We were on our way home from an event so decided to stop in for a couple drinks over happy hour. The menus looked great, nice variety etc, so we will for sure be back to have lunch or dinner sometime soon!“

“Food was excellent. We were the only ones in the dining room. Unfortunately there was a large, big mouthed male sitting at the bar throwing out f-bombs for everyone to hear. I asked the bartender(a female) to please ask him to tone down his language. That lasted a couple of minutes and the more crowded the bar got, the worse he got. His lack of respect for other patrons was disgusting. I let the bartender know we won't be back.“

“The food here was really high quality. You could tell it was real food. Our group got a range of items and we enjoyed all of them. The item I got was the burger special for the month. I was a little apprehensive but had heard good things from other people who had similar burgers. The peanut butter and jelly burger shocked me with how good it was. Honestly may be one of the best burgers I've had. It all just worked really well together. I've had a lot of burgers too and usually try out the burger at most new places I'm at and this one stood out. Normally I don't share my food but I had to have some of the other people in my group try it and they were also floored with how fantastic it was. Really good place with respectable prices and a helpful and happy staff. Definitely worth going even if you don't get a drink.“

“Pizza is so good. Honestly best pizza I've ever ate in my life. Not even joking, just something different about that pizza gets me craving it every day. We need Dave Portnoy to come rate it. Pizza and wings are to die for. Pizza on Dave's scale I would give it 9.4. There are so many pizza options. Definitely come check this place out.“

“Emeline was our server and she could not have been kinder and more helpful with choosing our food and recommendations about Northfield and the surrounding area. If I had a company I would want a whole staff of Emelines.Our food was tasty and came to the table quickly. We had the tres tacos and the apple salad. And the Tres leche for dessert. It's always busy, so make reservations and plan for a beverage at the bar before you're seated. Once seated, the servers are very friendly and attentive. The food is amazing! “We stopped in from our drive from Rochester to Minneapolis for lunch on Tuesday. My husband and I got the chicken tinga tacos and an appetizer. Food was excellent. We were very surprised when our server said the boss comped our meal! It was a random act of kindness and he had no idea what kind of morning that we had. So thankful for the thoughtfulness. “Great bar with the classic small town clients. Only complaint was it seemed like someone blew up the toilet so bad it put it's 100+ year plumbing to work! I think I saw the lady coming out who was the culprit. She was mentioning her lactose intolerance due to eating pizza at the place across the street. I just can't believe someone would do that to a place with such rich history in the great town of Hampton. Shame on that lady!“

“Recommend this Friday night fish fry. Plenty of seating altho the kitchen had a hard time keeping up. The food was hot, breading on the fish was crisp and the flaky white fish inside was delish. Onion rings were great as were the waffle fries, worth the upcharge altho the regular fries looked fine. Server took our orders as quickly as they could on a busy Friday night. It took about 30 minutes from order to plates delivered but we were warned that it might take awhile. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, checking on us frequently. We will be back!“

“Had Rachel/Reuben sandwich. Food was very yummy!!! Played Bingo, no luck there, but was more lucky at pull tabs. Pull tab lady is super nice! My girlfriend had FRENCH DIP that she was super impressed by how soft the bread was and said sandwich was so good as well- she asked to add sauted onions and peppers- she also got onion rings which i sampled and were a bit greasy but sometimes you gotta go all in and 3 small onion rings weren't gonna kill me but they were Def good hot!!!“
