“Spectacular. While on a road trip my friend asked me to find the most low brow dive bar and this one was perfect. The bartender was a lovely woman who gave the go ahead to eat from the fold out table of game day delicacies such as a crock pot of baked beans, hot dogs, buns and chips. My pint glass was cracked but I didn't complain. The place is snug and cozy, full of pot bellied men watching the football game in the mid day. Theirs one of those machines you drop quarters in to win quarters.. there's $10s $20s and some ...trump coins ... In there, so consider that when stopping thru. For a quick mid day stop in. Id say it's just what your looking for if that's the type of thing you're looking for! Oh and the drinks were surprisingly inexpensive with a good selection!“

“A very cozy place, dark ambiance which suits well on cold days. Service was friendly and inviting. The very specific and short menu was smart, we thought. Focusing on a variety of Hotdog styles, decent pizza (we had the Rueben) and a short list of hot sandwiches. The place boasts a live band on weekend evenings.“

“It was the Saturday of Labor Day. We came in and it was VERY busy!! We waited till it cleared out a bit. I ordered 2 drinks and asked if we could start a tab. Jamie told us she already closed us out. I came back later and ordered food. I asked her if we could start a tab. Jamie told us she already closed us out. We waited for an hour. I went up and asked another bartender if our food was ready. She told us that our order never got back to the cook. Jamie NEVER said anything to us!!! We waited another 40 minutes for our food. And then left.
We come to this AMAZING establishment at least once a month. We have loved it every time! But, definitely did not appreciate Jamie! She never smiled at me and I felt like I was bothering her both times!!“

“Definitely an overlooked, hidden gem right on the river.Stopped in for a few drinks here one night during the week(Tues) with a few out of town guests, nice & mellow atmosphere...beautiful outdoor seating area...service was great...only complaints were it closed very early(11pm) and there was no music playing outside...I understand some like the quiet peaceful ambience of the river but wouldve been nice to have the option...I guess it's just a mood thing and just a personal preference. Other than that no real complaints, prices were best we found that whole evening and we had been to several bars, drinks were cold, service was very friendly and the outdoor option was comfy, clean and pretty damn fabulous, right on the river too! Would definitely recommend checking them out for at least a drink or three if in the area.Enjoy this lil hidden gem. ?“

“This place is a blast - Bingo night is a hoot! No strangers here - friendly and inviting, and the fried food is awesome - mini tacos and shrimp are my fav’s. Just moved to the area from AZ and our Tuesday’s are now booked indefinitely! Love the owner (Donny) and the kindness and humor he shows everyone, young, old, friend, or newcomer!!!“

“This place is really fun and we were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. Excellent service! We visited multiple times this summer and loved the outdoor seating and great view of the river and downtown redwing. There was an excellent blues band the first time and a OK coverband another time. We were expecting bar food but it's actually very tasty caribbean food, good quality, fresh. Jerk chicken, great fish options and also good burgers. Really reasonably priced. Facility is a little crusty/run down, but worth it overall and actually reminded me of some of the beach front establishments in tge virgin islands. Looking forward to returning.“
