Ordered coffee with espresso grind. Drove home and started super just to realize it wasn't ground. Called and talk to manager she didn't even apologize. Wouldn't be so frustrated but it's a 30 minute drive.

We ordered pick up while traveling. Super fast at the window and friendly staff despite it being early in the morning. Coffee is good and the iced lavender matcha with oatmilk was divine.

Black coffee was not good. Deal breaker if a coffee place cannot even make a good cup of coffee.
I love this place! I usually go here almost every day, everyone is nice and friendly. I didn't give it a 5 star bc a good amount of times when I get my usual drink they hand it to me and it's a little bit of a mess. Like coffee is dripping from underneath the lids and it drips all iver me and my car and the cup itself has coffee all over it. Besides that though everything tastes delicious and they're all so nice.

I was greeted with a friendly voice. The young lady was very kind. When I got to the window to pay I was also greeted very friendly with a smile and a cheerful employee. My drink came quickly and I was told to enjoy my day. That's why I chose Caribou.
