Ordered a concrete mixer with the flavor of the day. That's it. From when I ordered in the drive through to when I got it was 22 minutes (yes I timed them). Absolutely ridiculous. If I knew it would take that long I never would have stopped.

I asked for a lettuce wrapped single and they gave me a bacon single with extra lettuce messed up every custard with no napkins . Then proceeded to get visibly upset when I asked for one of the custards to be remade. 0-10 would not recommend

The service here was so slow. There were 2 cars in front of me and I waited over 20 mins to receive my food. Definitely don’t stop here if you are in any type of hurry.

My husband and went to your restaurant around 11:30 AM yesterday. We both ordered the chicken wild rice soup and a crispy chicken sandwich and a Culver’s double deluxe sandwich. The soup was a very Luke warm and the sandwiches were no better. We were both very disappointed! It will be a long time before we return.

The drive thru epically failed. We had 4 small concrete mixers, waited 40 minutes, watched probably 30 other orders come out and still not ours. When ours did come out it was runny like it had been sitting for a while. We never go to Culver's, tonight reminded me why we go elsewhere.
