I used the drive thru waited in line 20 min with 2 cars in front of me, and ordered 1 scoop hot fudge sundae and asked for the senior special….I didn’t catch the total after some major language issues. Now I know why I waited. When I got to the window I was asked if my name was Rick I said no my name is Deb. He asked me for 7.18. I said that seems like too much. He just handed me a bottle of water which I gave back and I said that is not mine. He kept saying 7.18 and the cars behind me are waiting….I ask to talk to someone else. There was an employee standing right behind him laughing at him and not helping. I gave him the 7.18 and pulled forward and noticed the receipt was for a different order, as I was going to get out 2 other people that were in front of me had orders and were going inside. I asked the employee that had just brought the orders out to just go inside and give my money back and handed him the receipt. A gal came out handed me my money. I said to her…if you are going to hire people who do not speak English then stand beside them and teach them what to do when there is an issue…it was utter chaos…….I frequent this establishment but always in the morning. I will never go back in the evening.

I was here a few days ago. They forgot a shake, 3 fries, and a burger. We realized the shake when we were there so they made us one. They also remade a shake they gave us cause it was all melted. Told us to come in for 3 meal coupons. I come in and all they give us is a coupon for a free concrete blizzard. Doesnt come close to the price of 5 missing items!!!

The person taking my ordered thought it funny to answer the drivethru with a funny accent and kept repeating and then. And then. Just like in the movie. I did not find it funny at all. As my wife is of Asian american decent . And to top it off the order was completely wrong. I find this very sad and offensive. We will never go back again. Managers please deal with this .

Way too pricey! Chicken strip combo $19.78. NEVER again. Good customer service though. We're from Texas and really like Braums. That same combo meal less than $11.00.

I brought my two granddaughters to Cullers in Red Wing Minnesota. A nice gentleman waited on us his name was Robert. He was so nice to me and my granddaughters with yes ma’am is there anything else we can get you ma’am? He went above and beyond since Covid you don’t see that very often anymore and then we also had another server by the name of Amber and she also was very very nice, so we had an outstanding visit and we will definitely be back. You should be very very proud of your staff. Michelle Kleist covers.
