Randys Restaurant Reviews
I’ve always enjoyed Randy’s and have been a loyal customer for years. However, I believe it’s important for everyone to treat others with the same respect they would like to receive.
Recently, while waiting for my food in the drive-through, my children became restless, so I turned around to comfort them. During that time, an employee came outside with her hands full—something I completely understand and sympathize with. However, instead of calling out to me or tapping...read full review
I was just in there a little bit ago with 2 of my clients (work in a group home) and began ordering food. The cashier (Sharron P.) knows me and knows I let my clients order for themselves. Client#1 ordered a chicken dinner with a fountain pop. Does his card order and he goes to get his pop. Started client 2's order, when all of a sudden she yells at client #1 and I Mean YELL that the pop machine was out of order. Randy's Restaurant is a well-established establishment that has been serving the community for over 30 years. The restaurant offers friendly and efficient service, similar to Culver's, with a focus on providing high-quality, home-cooked style meals. The food is described as tasty, with large serving sizes and everything made from scratch. The menu caters to various dietary needs, although gluten-free options may be limited. The staff, mostly teenagers, are known for their excellent customer service, ensuring fast and attentive service even during busy times. Recent reviews highlight the quality of the chicken, which is always cooked perfectly with delicious breading that is crispy and not greasy. Customers also appreciate the side dishes, which are hot and tasty, and the extras such as napkins, utensils, and wipes are provided. The staff are consistently polite and friendly, and they even give treats to dogs, making it a favorite spot for pet owners. While prices have increased, the restaurant remains a good choice for families, offering better value than fast food. Parking can be tight, but the drive-thru service allows customers to have their meals brought directly to their cars. Some reviews mention that the cheese curds are small, slightly overcooked, and overpriced, and the sweet potato fries can be limp and not crispy, but overall, the restaurant continues to be a popular local spot for tasty, home-style meals.
