I wanted to thank that sweet lady for give me advice for the most caffeine. I was so out of it this morning . She gave me 4 expresso shots. Drink so good. Thank you thank you so much

I came with three mugs to fill. They said they couldn’t fill my mugs and had to use their cups. I said “to reduce waste I use reusable mugs.” They said “we can’t do that.” They filled up 3 cups and double cupped them ; so they used 6 cups when I wanted to use none. Coffee was great but this proves that Starbucks isn’t environmentally conscious.

Unless you get a venti you get to burn your hand as no sleeve on your cup with any hot drink under a venti. Makes ALOT of sense.

Always out of the ingredients. Wouldn’t take cash only credit. Spend your money at Caribou.
Staff very unprofessional. Kid with long hair no net, waited over 15 minutes 5 people who ordered after me got their drinks before me. Will not ever return. This is the worst coffee shop experience ever.this store is a

For a coffee shop, they are always out of cold brew, their excuse”someone forgot to make it” which is their go to excuse each week. Or they ran out of coffee beans. This place is constantly out of product. It’s amazing this place is still in business. Please hire competent people. If I could rate a zero, I would. If you’re trying to drive caribous business up, this is the way to do it.

My daughter was there the other day (Red Wing Target) and the employee made her order halfway, then forgot as HE waited on a large group. After the group got their order, she was still waiting. She went to ask and he realized he forgot and remade the drink. Total wait time almost 30 minutes and it was lukewarm. I went in there today to buy a cup that was discounted. The staff member, must have been the same guy, tried to charge the full amount and didn’t know how to give the discount. An older lady had to help him. When I remarked the price was significantly different, he gave a snarky reply and handed the goods to me with no thank you. When I asked for one, all I got was a shrug. Very poorly trained staff and horrible customer service. The place is expensive enough, you should at least get good service.
The only reason im leaving this review is because of the barista, I can't remember her name she was short and had fun hair. She made the service, she was friendly and very good at her job! 10/10

Manager is not great tried getting a drink multiple times there even showing her the Starbucks app of the drink and she rolled her eyes and said she can’t make it, and they only had bakery items.

As a former barista I’m understanding and patient. Unfortunately the last few times I’ve been here, I’ve had not so good experiences. The service was slow ( after I paid I waited 25 minutes for my drink) there were only 2 people in front of me a total of 3 drinks. My drinks were wrong, and somehow got charged $10 for a $5 drink. They have charged me wrong several times, along with not making my drink right, never adding Holiday toppings or the correct amount of syrups. I have also noticed the barista will do anything but make a drink! Sees a big line what a perfect time to take their 15 min break! Will not be returning!
