Ordered a luxe cravings box and a few other things for the box I was missing a cheese sauce and a taco for my order unacceptable. With rising prices you better make sure everything is in my order. Unbelievable. Never going again and not checking my bag fully and if anything is missing assume there is more.

I greeted the girl who would take my order. She just stared at me. So I waited for her to either say hello or something. Very ocward. Then she said what would you like to order. I gave her my order and my husband gave his. The food was good and wr ate in. Everything was good except our first greeting. Please teach your workers how to do their job. Greeting a customer should be number one!!

Customers cleaning their own tables and chairs to have a place to sit. A few condiments were empty. Sad faced employees. Overall not an experience we'll even endure again. Very poor Taco Bell for sure.

This is just me personally. But I'm not into super spicy stuff and it seems that any taco bell puts a bit to much spice in their food. Again this is my opinion, don't go hating on me for it.
Drive-thru slow as hell after 10:00 p.m. spent over 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru!!!!!! There was only 6 cars in front of me smh

This will be my last trip to red wing Taco Bell! Tonight was an eye opener, sat at the front desk for well over 5 minutes as 3 employees nonchalantly mosey around as if there aren’t 10 people in the lobby waiting for an order to be taken… where was the memo we need to use the computer??? I missed that… anyways I got my order and after going home (my mistake) I found they where missing a taco and my wild freeze drink was wrong… mind you I had to remind them I ordered said drink… this is not a one off thing, every time I go here something is wrong… 0/10 would never eat again!!

If i could give 0 Stars i would! it’s almost every time i go there you guys manage to miss up my order and it’s insane. Don’t even get me started on the workers there. They suck their job.. hate to say it. ALSO whenever i come in there’s a worker named Bailey that gives my granddaughter the most nastiest looks… if your workers can’t do their job right and give good customer service and actually get the order right what’s the point of this place being open? AND don’t get me started on the “manager” she’s beyond RUDE.

they used to be really good with not messing up my orders now the last couple of times they have messed up and today was the worst and probably last time....always would have a $50-$60 order...6 soft tacos just meat and cheese not that hard...and all of them have lettuce....not worth the 30 minute drive from Wisconsin anymore
