I went thru the drive thru on the way to work. I ordered a gootlong extra cheese. I got no cheese. I called to c omplain. They offered to make a new sandwich . I said I'm at work and asked for a coupon. They wouldn't help me. The service was also very slow. The customer behind me went around me and parked and went inside to inquire about her food. Johnny was not helpful or sympathetic. And he did not help the other 2 associates frantically making orders

Love the food and everything the only issue I ever have there is the employees use the same gloves for every sandwich need to train to change glove after every sandwich to prevent cross

No reason it would take over 20 mins to get 2 sandwiches! Two employees, no one dining inside and we were the ONLY car waiting the entire time. The employees were polite and the food was good when it finally arrived.
The bread is always soft and I can tell some improvements have been made with the food items (tuna, bread, etc). I wish the raspberry cheesecake cookies weren't always sold out, those are amazing! Workers seem to know their job for the most part. The prices though are almost not worth it when you can go to a "sit down" restaurant for the same price. There are usually coupons out there though; the app is user friendly too.

We ordered on the app and picked it up inside. Ordering through the drive-thru is a little annoying because you have to tap on a screen, like a large IPad, in order to order. Food is made swiftly and given to you with a smile.Vegetarian options: Salads or veggie subs
I went to the subway in Redwood Falls today on 5/25/23, and I had a really bad experience. I first went to order everyone seemed out of order and seemed like they didn't want to be there, when someone did finally get to my order and didn't ask me for cheese, so I never ended up getting cheese like normal, and the guy who was getting my order was talking to me over the room and asked if that was it for me and I said yes and he continued to talk to someone in the drive through just having a simple conversation while I was waiting to get my vegetable part on my sandwich and I stood there for at least 2 minutes just waiting for this guy to finish his conversation at the drive through, and then someone else finally came over and took my order and the girl who was checking me out was complaining earlier about how she shouldnt have to do this and was complaining about working and didn't smile or act nice at all, when she was checking me out I asked if I could have a meal and she said with what and I was confused and I didn't know what she meant so when I said something she rolled her eyes at me and had such a bad attitude while saying it, i finally got my sandwich and left. When was out opened my sandwich to eat and the egg and bacon I had was plain cold and didnt seem like any effort was put in to making the sandwich nice, just overall wasn't a good experience at all.

Subway is always our eating place while traveling. They are fast, they make your meal the way you want it, and the veggies are freash.

Food was ok service was ok. Price is crazy though. For the same price you can go to a a regular restaurant and eat. It's better than other fast food options I had to choose from though. My friend also thought it was spendy. Think $16
