The bread is always soft and I can tell some improvements have been made with the food items (tuna, bread, etc). I wish the raspberry cheesecake cookies weren't always sold out, those are amazing! Workers seem to know their job for the most part. The prices though are almost not worth it when you can go to a "sit down" restaurant for the same price. There are usually coupons out there though; the app is user friendly too.
We ordered on the app and picked it up inside. Ordering through the drive-thru is a little annoying because you have to tap on a screen, like a large IPad, in order to order. Food is made swiftly and given to you with a smile.Vegetarian options: Salads or veggie subs
