Today while eating inside an older couple wanted to order at the counter because they didn't know how to work the kiosk. The manager said no one is suppose to be at the counter because workers don't like that social interaction.
They asked me after every individual item if my order was complete, I could hardly breathe between words. Counted out the cash I gave them and then asked me if I gave them exact change, I told them what I gave them and they still put it in wrong and gave me the wrong change. ? Then when the two happy meals in my order were given to me they didn't even close the boxes just slapped them on the counter and walked away. Yikes.
