“Waited over an hour and a half for two appetizers and they never brought them. went to pay the bill and cancel our order of apps and food and there was no apology for delay or anything to correct it. There were multiple tables waiting, and not busy at all.”

“Walked in and sat right at the counter, directly across from the idle flat top… One other local sitting to our right, that’s it… and then the conversation started and the owner/cook brought us menus and turned on the flat top. To her credit, she was obviously working on a catering order for later in the day, but she never mentioned it and she got right down to work making us a terrific breakfast as we conversed with the only other patron. Two eggs, bacon (perfectly cooked) and toast and we had a front row seat the whole time! These really are the type of breakfast restaurants we look for along our way! We only hope we didn’t take the owner too far away from her other duties, to make the two of us breakfast! But we sure do appreciate that she did! We will definitely visit again!”

“What a great small town breakfast stop! Seat yourself. Most of the locals sit at the counter area or next to it and play a dice game during the morning. We sat nearby in the extended dining area. Waitress brought a carafe of coffee (bonus points!) ordered a senior plate of eggs, bacon and an English muffin—all cooked well. Paid at the counter. All in all, a good meal and great service!”
