Hard to get in with walkers, but once in, it was a nice, clean atmosphere and the food was delicious.
Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility- we had two walkers, and other people in our party had to open the doors for us.

This was one of the most awesome times at arbys and fast food in general. The person who waited on me was Don. He was very polite and was actually glad he was there and was 100% attentive to me. Believe me , there are some people that are on phones, chatting, and barely moving. Not this guy. Hang onto him!

Food is always good and fresh. There can be a bit of a wait around dinner time so be prepared! I've never gotten bad food here and I've been going for years

This is the slowest Arby's I've been to in my life. We had 20 min to get something to eat, and we had to *leave* without our food because it never got served after 15 minutes.

We are frm out of town and stopped here to eat. We waited about 10 min for someone to take our order, and then it came out cold and burnt.

We ordered food, and once we got home the food we got was incorrect. When I called to let them know what happened, she was rude. Very disappointed, worst Arby's restaurant I have been to.

I am a picky eater and get nervous about ordering exactly what I want. The assistant manager Laura L was so kind, even relaying verbally to the line how I wanted my order cooked. I could've gotten an eye roll or a sigh or just told they couldn't do it. I am so so appreciative. Thank you Laura!

Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes for 2 cars. The guy in front of me drove off after another 25 mins of waiting and finally after a total of 50 minutes waiting in line with my hamgry wife, we left the line also. I don't know what was going on here. I saw one employee hiding behind the dumpster smoking some sort of pipe... never had such poor service at a drive thru

I’ve been waiting on my order for over 10 minutes. Same 2 cars in front of me and no progression in line. Prob short staffed, but I’d appreciate knowing that there’d be an extended delay at the time of my order. I may have to leave without my food as I need to administer insulin to my cat and am now going to be late. Please respect my time, and let people know. 14 minutes in line now and only one cat has been served and left. 7:15-7:30 pm so not during dinner rush.
