Boston Market is one of my favorite places to go specially the one in Roseville. unfortunately in MN there are only a few of the Restaurants left. In recent years I have noticed that the food portions are getting smaller even the brownies are half of the size what they use to be, perhaps i Boston Market is keeping us from overeating as the maximize their bottom line.
Pretty darn good but not 5 stars
Great customer service! Came in 5 mins b4 closing.... I know... I know , and the mgr sliced a piece of cake for me and the lady at the counter was very nice and kind.... Even think they really wanted to go home.... Perfect example of great customer service
We ordered precooked Thanksgiving dinner to be picked up the day before the holiday during a specific time slot. When I arrived, the restaurant seemed understaffed and there were no signs indicating where to go to pick up preordered meals. I watched another man get his meal boxed and joined that line where two female employees were frantically trying to put together orders. I waited about 15 minutes before my order was organized and boxed. The employee was very friendly and apologized for the wait. I handed her a tip and thanked her before hauling my food to the car.
One of our favorite places when in the area to have a nice "comfort food" meal. The staff is always so friendly. The food is consistent and very good.
Friendly helpful staff. The food was good, seemed fresh and was hot. The place was clean. They emptied out the dirty dishes, so they didn't have a lot sitting around.
Excellent food always prepared sumptiously. Meat and fixings hot and appetizing. Friendly staff. Always reliable.

4/29/18 Purchased prime rib meal from Richfield Boston Market , MY prime rib was 60 percent fat. It was as if someone had taken the fat previously trimmed off and put on my plate hoping I wouldn't notice before leaving the store , which is exactly what happened. There is no way the server didn't know! I was a frequent visitor until this point. I will not be returning.

We ordered Boston Market this past Thanksgiving and they did not disappoint. Thank you for making such delicious food and having such great service.
I went to Boston Market in Richfield today (12-23-17) and was majorly impressed. I had interaction with every employee there and all of them were sweet, personable, funny and welcoming. The woman who made up my turkey bowl (with extra gravy!) came out from behind the counter, put her hand on my shoulder and wished me Merry Christmas. Even the guy that cut the turkey in the back was joking with me. I have rarely had such a pleasant time in any store. I wanted to thank them all for not only making great food, but for brightening my day!
Always out of food and condiments long before closing time! Sarcasm and mostly most useless employees (not all). One even pocketed cash once since they could not open the register (closing it 40mins before the hour!) but were able to put some pieces together. Good food whatever they can still scrape. Never had such an experience in any Boston Market or any other hipster fast food place. Even their corn bread is thin and almost flat! Reading some of the comments makes sense. I know other Boston markets maintain high quality. Years ago I even worked at their corporate office in Golden CO. Will file an official complaint.
I order a lot of food at fast service restaurants because of my job but what I saw here was so troubling I had to comment on it. I was picking up an order for two workers at the airport who could not go themselves. They had placed an online order and I arrived ten minutes later, per the time estimate. When I arrived nobody was in line and there were three employees standing around. When I said I was there to pick up my order it became clear that they had not prepared it prior to my arrival. As they were making my order I saw an employee stick his thumb in mashed potatoes on accident. He then licked his thumb and stuck it in the mashed potatoes again! I was horrified. I did not want to make a scene so I asked to speak with a manager. The person I spoke with (I never got his name) told me he was a district manager. I told him what I saw and he promised to make it right and replace the meal. I asked him to do it quickly because the food was supposed to be ready when I arrived and I was going to be late for a prior commitment. He spoke to the offending employee, but they never switched out the food! I then had to say something to get the meal replaced which made me even later. Suffice to say that I will never be eating at this or any other Boston Market due to the behavior of the employees and district manager.
