My first time going to Cafe Zupas. Very clean, friendly staff. Greeting us with friendly hello and smile. LILY our server & she did an amazing job, explaining the menu, asking if id like to sample the soups! She sold me on the lobster 🦞 bisque soup. ❤️ my 3 daughter's ordered salads and a Dubai Chocolate strawberries 🍓.
Food was fresh, crisp ingredients on the salads. My soup was hot, fresh & amazing 👏

Attention to detail not the cashier's strong suit when I visited. I ordered soup to go. The lid was not on. Thankfully I noticed as she was boxing up the items and she still didn't get it when I asked her to secure the lid. I ordered the new lasagna soup, which was good but didn't get the cheesy dipper breadstick that was supposed to come with it.

We frequent Zupas at this location! The employees are all kind and attentive, and food is always hot and good. Sometimes soup isn’t filled completely, but if you ask an employee they’ll fill up your bowl more for you.
