On our way home from a day of officiating basketball, myself and my partner decided to stop at Lyndale and 75th for Dairy Queen Chill & grill because just prior, earlier during the day we had it in Eden Prairie, and it was everything you could ask for awesome! However the experience at this location, which is less than a mile from my house, was Awfully terrible and disgusting. Fluids moved in my mouth uncontrollably from a order of Honey BBQ Strips making me feel sick, as if they were spit on with flem (luggie) in it. Stomach turning, (I only ate one and a half tenders) I attempted to brush my teeth , but I felt the moving liquid as I was finishing. My partner complained about the same thing, citing it was the COOK who was had to have done this because the previous DQ was as good as advertised. I spent $23.31 which is a decent amount considering fast food. The cook here needs to be looked at more closely and taught how to prepare food tats not contaminated with other people's bodily fluids. My experience with Dq has always been good since I can remember, and I hate that my perception has changed changed / ALTERED because of a nasty , evening shifted cook, who dies not need to be working with food! I would think twice about 75th Lyndale Dq location. The cook is terrible, and that's coming from a Chef like myself. Who knows food! I'm upset my night went this way not being able to eat last night because of Dq cook!

Great DQ location, but needs some new/fixed machines. The twist ice cream hasn't worked all summer... the staff are aware of it, so i'd assume management is but are just being cheap.

Half the time I go here my ice cream is mostly melted. Not sure if their freezer is broken or what but it's pretty disappointing to get a buster bar and pull the stick right out of the bar because it's so melted...

700 value meal, only two items now. Still good. Add a blizzard for $2.00 with meal. Has outdoor seating. Nice workers. Great Manager Kevin.

I came to fulfill an uber order and was told that I had to wait in line.. then I heard the lady talking to people in the back asking if I was supposed to wait in the line and how dissatisfied she was that I wasn't supposed to wait in the line. When she came to hand me the order I stated that under the notes(that the restaurant writes for uber drivers)it states I not wait in the line and states to say who I am there for (promptly) so as the customer may get their order quickly.
I ordered food here for my daughter to pick up. The food was wrong, and there is no recourse. I called with no answer both that night and today (the day after). No answer. I called corporate, and nothing. Like... just answer your phone and make it right quick?Both the DQs in Bloomington are both trash. Go to Edina if you want anything to go well. I'll update if I ever hear from them, or ever get off hold with corporate (30 minutes into a hold).

We were in the drive through at 8:58. The lady over the intercom TOOK THE ORDER, PROCEEDED TO TAKE THE ORDER AND THEN DECIDED TO SAY "Sorry our manager said we're no longer making any food in the kitchen" AFTER she took the whole freaking order. BUT they don't close till 10:00. I'm not mad about not receiving the food but I'm pissed because of the fact, she could've told me before taking and placing the order through.The order was a 6 piece chicken tender box with fries and a large sprite, a large order of mozzarella sticks and a large mango and kiwi slushy.

I go out of my way to get a ROYAL CHERSECAKE STRAWBERRY BLIZZARD because when I request extra cheese cake they genuinely add it and when I request strawberry topping. They still put the strawberry core in and add my extra topping perfectly (when I order thru door dash or Uber)
