5 people working and nobody is making sandwiches for customers in the store. 20 Minutes in and the same guy who took my order just asked if i’m here for mobile pick up? Every time i come here I end up sitting here for 40 minutes. For a sandwich that takes 2 minutes max to make. Whatever

If I could give zero stars I would. Like many of these reviews, this place was just fine before Covid. But after that I wouldn’t ever go to this location if I were you. Employees are terrible, extremely slow, sloppy and terrible customer service. The inside is gross, sandwiches are gross and poorly made, and on top of that it’s gonna take you forever to get your food. I really hope someone from up higher in the food chain sees these terrible reviews and makes some serious changes there because I cant see that place being successful much longer the way things are going.

The worker would not make eye contact. When my order was taken there was no feedback. My substitutions were not made when asked about them he ignored me. A very unpleasant experience.

Decided to give this location one more try and when I got home I discover this dude forgot to put meat in my sandwich. You can't make this stuff up haha. Just terrible all around

This shop is very slow. Probably understaffed. I used to come here every week for lunch but since COVID and the health care facility moving in next door it has gone severely downhill. I have waited more than 10 min to get my order. I don’t think they prioritize the in store orders. Food quality is what you would expect, by no means is this shop “So fast you’ll freak!”

Literally go anywhere else for a sandwich. Cubs hot food section is preferable to the their sandwiches. They are so overloaded with mayo, you spend half an hour scraping out the mounds of mayo in the sandwiches.

Go anywhere else, trust me.
