Looks like I’m not the only one to note - delivery shouldn’t be offered at this location. On multiple occasions the delivery has taken hours, or gotten sent to Uber, or in one case it had to be cancelled since not even delivery services would pick it up. Staff at the store has been great, the place just seems wildly mismanaged.

Good customer service. Good management both a.m + p.m very accommodating. 💯% Will come back. Good patient people and acknowledging should go a long ways. Ordering again from out of the area.

I placed a complicated catering order today, and was pleasantly surprised when a team member named Kim took the time to call me and help me out. Kim at the Richfield location helped me get the correct order for an event this weekend and was so gracious and kind over the phone. Thank you, Kim!

Was hear at 12:30pm on Sunday 10/26. The younger woman who took my order was nice (Anastasia) but there was a taller guy with a beard who was being so rude to her and kept yelling at customers walking in saying they were too busy. They weren’t even that busy…and he was just sitting there belittling his coworker. He should be fired.

I go to jimmy johns all over the metro, this one is always the slowest. Every time I go I wait at least 10 minutes for my sandwich while they fill orders for people that aren't even in the store. Find a different location if you want a sandwich

All the staff were extremely friendly both to each other and the customers. The person at the register took time to ask me about my day and chat with me while I was waiting for my food, it was refreshing, the food was good and fresh as always.

They were not busy, nor very friendly at 10:45 am. Left nearly a $3.50 tip on a $13.00 sandwich.... the bread is so old and stale it's hard to even bite into, let alone chew. I will never return to this place... Nor should you. What happened to fresh bread baked daily? So disappointing! Called them, and they could care less about this customer, me.

5 people working and nobody is making sandwiches for customers in the store. 20 Minutes in and the same guy who took my order just asked if i’m here for mobile pick up? Every time i come here I end up sitting here for 40 minutes. For a sandwich that takes 2 minutes max to make. Whatever

If I could give zero stars I would. Like many of these reviews, this place was just fine before Covid. But after that I wouldn’t ever go to this location if I were you. Employees are terrible, extremely slow, sloppy and terrible customer service. The inside is gross, sandwiches are gross and poorly made, and on top of that it’s gonna take you forever to get your food. I really hope someone from up higher in the food chain sees these terrible reviews and makes some serious changes there because I cant see that place being successful much longer the way things are going.
