I ordered their new Duos for myself and 4 friends. The cashier rang up full size meals and a side dish instead of the bargain duos. I didn’t realize until the food was ready. Manager would not remake the order because he would have to throw the order away. Instead of getting an entree and side for $10 I end up paying $17 per order. Manager wouldn’t give the wrong order to me for the lower price either. He offered 3 coupons for an entree on my next trip. Problems with that are I don’t want a next trip and I have 5 wrong orders. Most he can give me is 4 coupons so one of us is still out for the extra cost.

We just moved to a new apartment and we wanted to eat. The food is amazing and the delivery service is zero, delivery girl got lost, not a single fork and we had to eat with our hands, not a single napkin. What kind of service is that?

Paid for the $4.50 shrimp upgrade, only one was in my bowl. No staff were at the counter to complain to.

Love how they cook the pasta! Al dente to almost perfection. The variety of dishes was decent too.

Food was average service was lousy. The soda machine didn't work and had to have another customer help me to get it working. When ordering the man behind the counter was rude and didn't listen to the order. Will definitely not be coming back here again. Either they need a massive change in attitude or they can close worst restaurant I've been to back in MN since we came back in late May.

The food was not as good as it could be. My gluten-free noodles were hard. Got sick after I ate them. Not usual for me in other places. The guy behind the counter was rude and ruff.
