Had the chicken parm and it was way better than expected and their sauce is really good too one of my top fast food places now

Paid for the $4.50 shrimp upgrade, only one was in my bowl. No staff were at the counter to complain to.

Love how they cook the pasta! Al dente to almost perfection. The variety of dishes was decent too.

Food was average service was lousy. The soda machine didn't work and had to have another customer help me to get it working. When ordering the man behind the counter was rude and didn't listen to the order. Will definitely not be coming back here again. Either they need a massive change in attitude or they can close worst restaurant I've been to back in MN since we came back in late May.

The food was not as good as it could be. My gluten-free noodles were hard. Got sick after I ate them. Not usual for me in other places. The guy behind the counter was rude and ruff.

Sheesh that guy Hector's people skills are ridiculously well adapted for his job, as I walked in there was a slight line but he was able to ask and remember orders all as he is multi tasking. He has what I call "owner mentality" as in he handles his job like he is the owner. Well knowledge about the food and combo options I could pick from, he suggested the macaroni with BBQ chicken and jalapeno,,,and it's hit!! ?

Wisconsin Mac and cheese... Hardly got enough to melt the shredded cheese on top. Sauce has very floury taste (like a frozen meal). Noodles cooked well. Hubby had pasta with garlic bread... Bread hard like rock, cheese over cooked. Nothing special... First and last time.

The macaroni and cheese has really gone downhill, very disappointing. Got two different m&c meals and neither was hot enough to melt the cheese they added (and they were made really inconsistently, one was super unmelted cheesy and one was super dry). Such a bummer, I've always loved Noodles and Co but the past few visits have me thinking I'm done.

The best pat thai I've ever had in my life. Best atmosphere Aka my house. Service was good because there was no service ( I ate at my house). Overall it was very good pat thai and 10 out of 10 would recommend I kept eating leftovers.

Friendly staff, fresh food, clean restroom, short wait time. The prices are a tad high for the service size of food though.
