The new floor plan sucks for privacy when bringing your laptop there is no way I can come here again if my intention is to sit down and do some work

Ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. Great, except it had rotten tiny grapes in it. They are serving it in a different container now. Use to be in a very large container.
I have had a few experiences ordering through the Panera app that were not ideal. I am a big Panera fan so I hate to write bad reviews but when things go wrong consistently, it’s a problem that needs to be noted. I placed an order through the app and it appeared to go smoothly based on the tracker, but I was directly contacted by the driver with photos of the wrong delivery location, which I pointed out immediately. There was no issue with the address provided. The courier gave me the run around after several texts then told me I should just withdraw the order, which leads me to believe there was no intent to deliver at all. Regardless, I contacted the location and they refunded the order, but clearly something needs to change if this is a persistent issue. Warning to those ordering delivery, this might not be the best spot.

Food was excellent. I was surprised at how quickly they prepared 4 breakfast sandwiches given that they appeared to be short staffed.

I love going to this location. I have the Unlimited sip club, and love their sour dough bread loaf!
It’s a great spot to do my schoolwork and drink coffee. Bathrooms are clean and store is in great shape! Lots of different seating for single to group!
Way over priced. Only went for a meeting.
