Horrible customer service! The bigger male staff that typically works the window in the mornings and the manager are just awful. Very rude, impolite, and unprofessional. The staff member does not know how to read and repeatedly gives me the wrong information. If your staff can’t do their job, get different staff. Do better, Panera bread.

Took my grandma here to spend time with her. The staff especially Mimi was very nice to my grandma and very polite. This Panera became my favorite Panera I’ve ever been to because of how kind everyone was. God bless

Ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. Great, except it had rotten tiny grapes in it. They are serving it in a different container now. Use to be in a very large container.
