Overall if you want subway and are willing to sacrifice some quality for quick service this is a decent choice. As for the food I had the Prime Rib Steak sandwich overall pretty flavorless and had a distinct lack of sauce. The veggies were also pretty old, though maybe this is because I had it as a late dinner. The mac chili was ok but similarly lacking in the flavor department.

We go here often on Sundays after church with a group of friends. The sandwiches are all very good (chicken and cheddar is my go-to) and my wife always gets a salad, which they are great at customizing the way she likes. But what is striking is that the people working here are always friendly. They seem to be in good humor and enjoy interacting with their customers.

workers here are nasty. witnessed a worker having to remake a sandwich. after the bread went through the toaster, she ripped the meat and cheese from the old one, threw it on the new sandwich and said something to the effect of "eh, it's just for a kid". other workers there just shrugged it off also.

Ignorant employees don’t follow standard food protocols. One employee cut a pork meat sandwich with the same knife used for other meat sandwiches. When I confronted her about it, she was defensive at first because she knew what she did was wrong and was trying to cover it up.
She said it’s because I have to tell her. No, it’s about hygiene and standards. This place lacks hygiene and has ignorant and lazy workers.
Nice ambiance and seating area, though—lots of space to find somewhere to sit and eat your cross-contaminated sandwiches!

I was at the line waiting to order for about 5 min. The service is low quality. The employees all stood around “3 of them” 2 guys and a gal, just chatting it up, With zero f’s in the world.im Assuming there’s never a manager on duty. This isn’t the first time. Get staff that at least half way care

Pretty inconsistent service at this location. I purchased a sandwich yesterday and they put it on the incorrect bread. I went to this location today to exchange the $14 sandwich with proof of purchase and was denied an exchange. I frequent this location so it was a very surprising way for the staff (three people had to discuss with me) to then be told they wouldn't do an exchange.

Asked for a soup and got ignored for about 10 minutes, and i was the only customer in there. It doesnt take a hour to make a soup and grab a coke. Good communication is a must in this industry. Maybe consider hiring people that dont know each other.
