I came to this Starbucks expecting a pleasant experience, but instead, I was met with incredibly rude service from a barista named Dina. From the moment I approached the counter, she had a bad attitude for no reason, and when I tried to address it, she cut me off, claiming there was a long line—when in reality, only two people were behind me. Her dismissive and unprofessional behavior made me feel unwelcome, as if I were an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand that working at Starbucks can be stressful, but this location isn’t even a drive-thru store, and with six other employees on the floor, there was no reason for such an unnecessary rush or hostility. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Lmfao unfortunately I was just there and a mouse was running around the store!!!! It ran across the feet of another patron. It’s a shame too cause this was my favorite study spot ?? My only proof is a video but here’s a blurry shot. I think I was literally the only person in there who noticed and I was cracking up?. Hopefully management can get some pest management going, for now I may stay clear of this location.

I'm never going back to that place. The lady with the attitude was so rude and racist. I was shocked when she handed me cold banana bread even after I asked for it warm. Both she and the guy were so disrespectful. I requested two extra brown sugar, but she acted like I only asked for one she didn’t even listen .

The best Starbucks in Minnesota. Katie was my barista today, she has excellent people skills and is a great listener to my request. I have never been to this store and had any issues or anybody that was grumpy. Everyone is always pleased to help and do their job. I actually drive several miles to this Starbucks than the one that's by my house six blocks down. WONDERFUL JOB KATIE AND OTHER STAFF.

Their tea blends are great just like their coffees. Hot and cold are offered; my preference changes by season. Half booth; half table and chair options for seating. A small outdoor patio by the front door is separated from the parking lot by wide sidewalks and landscaping. Pleasant patio atmosphere but a bit noisy in this location near I494.
