Starbucks is not my first choice, but the location was very handy being right off the interstate and super easy to get to. The restaurant was very clean. Just not much for smiling faces.

My daughter brought me a lunchtime surprise coffee. Which was wonderful but my iced drink was FULL of chunky soy milk. I tossed it after she left and didn't think of it again until I was passing Starbucks on my way home& thought I'd call and speak to someone. Miah answered and proceeded to ask me 20 questions about how the drink was purchased and did I have the cup. I explained each time that my daughter bought the drink and I was not going to call her and get her credit card info for this lady... She of course then told me there was nothing she could do about it since I couldn't prove I bought the drink!! I've probably spent her yearly salary at Starbucks over the years... I also wish I could say this is the 1st time the soy thing has happened.. I'm so upset over a $10 drink I feel stupid đ„ș

Please teach ALL your employees about ADA laws, please and thank you âșïž also, whatâs with the micro aggression?? I feel like it must be the culture at this particular store, no one is friendly, everyone is rude. My husbands experience has always been vastly different from mine which makes me side eye this store every time I come here

This Starbucks is in a great location, perfect for grabbing coffee and getting some work done, but the music is far too loud. I asked the barista if it could be turned down, but she said the staff doesnât control the volume. Itâs not just me; others around me also seemed uncomfortable. This isnât a nightclub, itâs a cafĂ© where people come to relax or focus. Please look into lowering the volume to make the environment more enjoyable for everyone.

Starbucks should HAVE to tell you they are going to put your drinks in (poorly coated) paper cups BEFORE they are allowed to take your real money and put your drink in a badly coated paper cup that makes what is supposed to be gourmet coffee taste like WOOD PULP.
I would rather buy my coffee at a store that cares â really cares â about artisan coffee more than paper.

I stop by during the work week and on weekends. They get pretty busy so I always use the mobile app to preorder. The staff have always been consistent and hospitable. Access to this location makes it very easy as well as the large parking lot.

I came to this Starbucks expecting a pleasant experience, but instead, I was met with incredibly rude service from a barista named Dina. From the moment I approached the counter, she had a bad attitude for no reason, and when I tried to address it, she cut me off, claiming there was a long lineâwhen in reality, only two people were behind me. Her dismissive and unprofessional behavior made me feel unwelcome, as if I were an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand that working at Starbucks can be stressful, but this location isnât even a drive-thru store, and with six other employees on the floor, there was no reason for such an unnecessary rush or hostility. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wonât be returning to this location anytime soon.

Lmfao unfortunately I was just there and a mouse was running around the store!!!! It ran across the feet of another patron. Itâs a shame too cause this was my favorite study spot ?? My only proof is a video but hereâs a blurry shot. I think I was literally the only person in there who noticed and I was cracking up?. Hopefully management can get some pest management going, for now I may stay clear of this location.

I'm never going back to that place. The lady with the attitude was so rude and racist. I was shocked when she handed me cold banana bread even after I asked for it warm. Both she and the guy were so disrespectful. I requested two extra brown sugar, but she acted like I only asked for one she didnât even listen .
